While you can edit each pop individually, there are some settings applicable to all pops. These are present on the Pop Rules page.
1. Devices: You can enable/disable the pops on mobile and desktop devices.
2. Position: Set the position of your pops on mobile and desktop devices.
3. Timing: Set various time settings like the time between pops, delay to show the first pop and also whether to cycle the pops or not.
